our incredible senior property solicitor celia perry has retired after 12 years at julie west solicitors
Celia studied Law at the University of Exeter followed by the academic part of her qualification as a solicitor at the College of Law Guildford. Celia qualified in June 1980.
Celia joined Julie West Solicitors in September 2012 having previously worked for Ormerods and Thomas Eggar in Reigate, and before that Downs in Dorking.
Celia has experience in all aspects of property work including residential sales and purchases, equity release, remortgage, unregistered land, development land and options, leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions.
During her time at the firm, Celia has helped over 1,500 clients move house, make and realise investments, extend their leases, take control over the freehold of their blocks of flats, use equity release to raise funds from their house to fund gifts to children, development work and adventures.
Outside of her work, Celia Perry is a Master Beekeeper and busy member of Reigate Beekeepers. She regularly invigilates exams and does much to support those coming up in the beekeeping community.
We are so grateful to Celia for everything she has done to help our clients and develop Julie West Solicitors. We will miss her very much.
