Len qualified as a solicitor in June 1998 after training and qualifying as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Len has over 30 years of experience working in residential and commercial conveyancing, acting for individuals, developers, investors and lenders.

Training
Len joined Julie West Solicitors in July 2016, having previously worked for firms across Surrey and in London. He also worked as a self-employed consultant solicitor.
As well as helping with buying and selling residential property, Len can advise on Landlord and Tenant issues, including business lease purchases, sales, renewals, disputes and residential tenancy agreements. Len has negotiated settlements of complex disputes involving trespass, easements and covenants.
Outside the office
Len has advised at the Citizens Advice Bureau and lectured for the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives' conveyancing course.
Len's hobbies include playing football and cricket. He is much involved in his local community and is the elected chairman and treasurer of his local cricket club, as well as being on the management committee of a local youth club.
